Special Abilities
Speak For Them X: A Social Justice Warrior speaks for those unable to speak for themselves. X times per encounter, when a Social Justice Warrior uses their own speak action for an Infuriate action, they may choose any one character of a race other than their own that still has a speak action. That character immediately loses their speak action, and the Social Justice Warrior gains an additional speak action that they may either use normally or as though the target had been the one to use the speak action.
Bandwagoning: Social Justice Warriors lack their own specialty, but are experts at adopting specialties temporarily. By spending 10 MP and a speak action as another character speaks, this facet's specialty becomes a copy of the other character's highest facet's specialty. If more than one facet is tied for highest, the specialty is chosen at random from among the highest.
Perpetual Victim X: Whenever any character within visual range of the Social Justice Warrior is hit with an attack, the Social Justice Warrior may immediately spend their speak action to declare that the attack harmed all members of the target's race, gender, or sexuality(choose one, you may choose either a race group or a subrace). Anyone within vocal range of the Social Justice Warrior who fits the descriptor total then gains a number of Offense points equal to the damage the target of the attack took. Offense points are all removed 10 minutes after the encounter they were earned in ends. Anyone may choose to spend a talk action and a number of offense points equal to their current maximum HP to unleash a rant attack. A rant attack deals MP damage equal to X+DPer to a single target in vocal range. A character who lacks this ability always deals 1dPer damage.
Special Snowflake: A character with this ability may spend a speak action to name a quality that they think is unique among anyone within the character's vocal range. If the Social Justice Warrior goes unchallenged until the end of the round, they gain a +1 to their personality for the remainder of the encounter. If another character uses their speak action to truthfully deny the uniqueness of the named quality or the named quality has already been spoken this encounter, they take a -1 penalty to their personality for the remainder of the encounter. This ability may be used multiple times, and its effects stack. The qualities must be personal qualities, such as skin, hair, eye, or fur color, the presence or lack of certain physical qualities, a particular advantage or disadvantage, or the like, not personal possessions or accomplishments.
Megaphone +X: A Social Justice Warrior is heard by all, regardless of whether they want to hear or not. Add +X to your character's vocal range.
Censorship X: Once per encounter, a Social Justice Warrior can spend a speak action to declare X words as censored to anyone within vocal range, not only from being spoken but from being thought of as well. Whenever a character or their player speaks that word during the encounter, the character takes 1d4 MP damage. This MP damage cannot be soaked. A player or character may get around the censor by using homophones. It is the exact word that the Social Justice Warrior finds offensive, rather than its intent.
Cry Harassment: More powerful Social Justice Warriors have the incredible ability to warp reality, making others believe that they were only defending themselves whenever one of their attacks fails. Whenever a Social Justice Warrior with this ability's melee attack is successfully avoided with a active or passive block, dodge, or parry, they may spend 20 MP to roll their personality against the target's personality or intelligence. If they succeed, completely remove all hand and move actions from the player they missed.
Rallying Cry: Social Justice Warriors can create powerful rallying cries, but must be careful that they are not hijacked by the opposing force. A Social Justice Warrior with this ability can spend 50 MP and a speak action to create a new rallying cry, which has an effect that extends the length of the Social Justice Warrior's vocal range and lasts for the rest of the encounter. Anyone in the rallying cry's area of effect may bolster the rallying cry by spending a speak action, or they may attempt to hijack the cry with a speak action. Once someone has chosen their side by speaking, either bolstering or hijacking, they remain on that side for the remainder of the encounter, though they may still contribute speak actions to either side. Whenever a character on the side with the most speak actions casts a spell from within the effect's range that deals damage to a character(after soaking), that spell then deals an additional amount of sound-element damage equal to the total number of speak actions on both sides. If multiple rallying cries are active in the same area, only the one with the highest total speak actions takes effect.
