Mighty Hits +X: A Strength Elemental gains a bonus of +X that applies only to determining whether a Strong hit is a critical hit. Any strong hits landed by the Strength Elemental are considered X higher for the purposes of determining whether the attack was a critical hit, but not whether it hit. Critical strong hits also deal +X damage(this damage is not doubled).

Pep Talk xX: X times per day, a Strength Elemental may draw out a character's deepest strengths by spending their talk action to give them magically-charged words of encouragement. For the next hour, that character rolls an additional d4 and adds that to the total whenever they make a roll that utilizes their highest skill and their highest stat. If two or more skills or stats are tied for highest, they may choose a single skill or stat from among the highest that this applies to for each use of the ability the Strength Elemental uses.
