Surefire Casting +X: Whenever a Precision Elemental casts a spell that targets a single creature, the oppose roll for that spell is raised by X.

Steadying Touch xX: X times per encounter, a Precision Elemental may use a single hand action to use a special ability that affects 1 target and has a range of touch. The next time that target makes a ranged attack within the same encounter, they add a single die of the Precision Elemental's Accuracy to the attack roll of a ranged attack. A Precision Elemental cannot self-target with this ability.
