Magitech X: Every day, an Uruseiyan has a single pool of X MP that they may spend only on spells of two opposing elements, chosen at the first level of this race. These spells are technological in nature, but always seem to be created by the Uruseiyan. This MP source comes from an implant given to each Ususeiyan at birth, and is so ubiquitous among the race that someone transformed into the race will have an implant matching their personality(meaning the player decides the elements). Spells cast through this magitech implant look like normally cast spells. However, because of this MP source's technological nature, the pool can be drained by EMP and other attacks that would drain a mecha or device's MP. Effects that restore MP cannot restore a Uruseiyan's Magitech pool. Spells cast using this pool of MP gain a +1 bonus to their casting roll for every 5 MP spent from the Magitech pool.

Air of Regality: Uruseiyans gain a bonus of +X to social and distraction rolls made to convince someone that they are royalty or a deity.
